Founded in 2006, Saviour Caps Pvt. Ltd. began with a singular mission — to deliver pharmaceutical-grade capsule shells that manufacturers could depend on, batch after batch. Saviour Caps Private Limited has pioneered itself as an industry leader, specialising in the manufacture and supply of Hard Gelatin Capsule Shells available in different sizes as desired.

Situated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh — the capital of the state — our factory is centrally located and easily accessible from all major cities of India. This strategic position empowers our clients, spread across India, to efficiently co-ordinate with our workforce.

Our engineers have developed a one-of-a-kind customised air-conditioning machinery for the drying process of capsules — resulting in proper finishing as per world standards. All finished products are stored at a controlled temperature of 10°C to 30°C, with relative humidity maintained between 40% and 65%.

  1. 2006

    Saviour Caps Pvt. Ltd. was established in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ajay Agrawal, Managing Director of the company. The organization commenced manufacturing operations with two capsule manufacturing machines and a strong commitment to supplying high-quality Empty Hard Gelatin (EHG) Capsule Shells to the pharmaceutical industry.

    Achieved prestigious certifications including ISO 9001:2015, FDA, GMP, and Halal, reinforcing the company's commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.

  2. 2010s

    Saviour Caps steadily enhanced its manufacturing capabilities, expanding from two capsule manufacturing machines to four fully automatic capsule manufacturing machines, significantly increasing production capacity and operational efficiency.

  3. 2015–20

    Further expanding its product portfolio, Saviour Caps Pvt. Ltd. introduced Size 1, Size 3, and Size 4 Empty Hard Gelatin Capsule Shells, while simultaneously enhancing production capacities across all existing capsule sizes. To further strengthen quality assurance and eliminate human intervention in the inspection process, the company successfully installed an Automatic Camera Inspection (ACI) Machine.

    Continuous investments in advanced technology, infrastructure, and process improvements have enabled the company to efficiently meet the evolving and growing demands of the pharmaceutical industry while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

    Presently, Saviour Caps Pvt. Ltd. has an installed manufacturing capacity of over 400 million capsules per month. We manufacture premium-quality empty hard gelatin capsules in a wide range of sizes, including 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, to meet the diverse needs of the pharmaceutical industry.

    Operating from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh, we cater to pharmaceutical manufacturers across India with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and reliability.
